House Rules Please observe quiet hours 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. — no loud music or parties. Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles total. Up to 2 cars may park on the concrete pad behind the house. 1 car may park along the curb in front. Do not park on the pine straw or in the yard — violators may be towed at own expense. No smoking or vaping inside of the house. No unauthorized guests or events. Before you check out, please clean up after yourself. Leave bagged trash in the trashcan outside at the rear of the house. Do not hang or attach decorations or any items to the walls of the house. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check out is available upon request, subject to availability. No parties unless discussed with host. Only confirmed guests allowed. Notify the host if you'd like to add additional guests. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving. Set the upstairs thermostat to 73 (65 in winter). Please arm the security system by pressing away when leaving at check out.

Guests will have access to the entire house during the duration of their visit.
